Nothing worse than poor service from a shop!
Reply:I think you should take further action - they should know that their staff are incompetent.

Reply:We don't complain enough in this country. I don't overly moan about things but if you don't get the service that you expect (or that should be given from somewhere) then you should complain. As mentioned, a refund is all you will probably get but that wouldn't stop me writing a letter firstly to the company explaining how they let me down, how I won't be using them again and how I will tell all my friends how poor their service was, and secondly, I would be tempted to write a letter to my local newspaper detailing the situation and the poor service. It is amazing what people/companies will do to stop bad publicity.
Don't blackmail them, they should have provided a service and have failed in doing so - don't let it happen to others. Don't be afraid, after all, what have you got to lose??
Reply:If you've already get a refund I think it's the best you're going to get to be honest. All you can do is not use that company again. Explain to your mate that you were let down and then maybe treat them to a nice meal or something to make up for it.acting resources
