Homemade floral arrangement?

To save money I would like to make my own floral arangements for my wedding with the help of my family and bridal party( they voluteered). Does anyone know of any good books or web sites that have how-to instructions?

We are growing most of the flowers our selves. (Hydrangias/ roses/ tulips)

Good luck!

Reply:Try the DIY website. They have a channel on cable and I've seen lots of good ideas on their shows.
Reply:I just made hydrenga floral arrangements for my wedding - I am having 15 tables with 3 height variations. My big ones are 6 inch foam balls, with hydrengas covering them. Then I set the ball on a 2 foot tall vase - it is gorgeous! from far away they look real.
Reply:My mom and I did this for my wedding. We went to Hobby Lobby and bought a book. Everyone at the wedding commented on how lovely they were and wanted to know where we got them. Use a little imagination also, get the basic idea, but do what looks good to you.
Reply:We did them for my niece's wedding last June. The flowers were bought at Costco. It was a lot of fun, just make sure you have a refrigerator to keep them in until you are ready. We ended up putting them in ice chests because the commercial refrigerator we were supposed to get access to wasn't available. The bride's bouquet had to be redone because it fell apart but no one noticed.White Teeth
