Dilemma: friend with benefit or girlfriend???

i started going out with my gf last june. we're both 18 and in the same high school. we been friends since elementary. last october, i was at a party and i hooked up with a 16 year old chick (she has an amazing figure) who also goes to my school. so we started having casual sex. at first, both of us were happy with the arrangement. but recently it became obvious that my fwb wants more commitment and i also want more outta her as long as i can keep my gf. what's even worse is that my gf is starting to get suspicious that i'm cheating on her and i obviously don't wanna lose both. so on valentine's day, i bought flowers for both of them, had sex with my fwb in my car, then went on a date with my gf...what should i do?? can't i just keep the status quo??
