How to give this girl the t. bear for her b-day present?

I've decided to give her the bear, and maybe some simple flowers. I'm wondering how to do it though. Here's my thinking:





1. Give it to her privately at work, or around a couple coworkers.


2. Go to lunch with another couple and give it to her (going to dinner would be great, but probably not possible).


3. (This one I think would be really fun) I get along really well with her professors and thought I'd make arrangements to give a guest presentation in her class on her b-day, ask for volunteers, call on her, put my arm around her and tell the class it's her b-day, and then give her the bear with the flowers. She doesn't embarrass easily, and I thought it would be fun to hear all the girls say "That's so sweet!" More in details below!
