Need a vase, flowers and balloons in houston cheap, please help.?

I saw this beautiful arrangement online of six roses and six balloons in vase but not willing to pay the $65 dollars for it when i can do it myself for more than half of that...i know abc flowers has roses and stuff for great prices but i need to know other places where i can get the rest for a low price...thanks!

FlowersBirthday FlowersSympathy FlowersYou need to go to the Flower District. It is on Fannin and San Jacinto streets between Binz and Wheeler streets. Basically between the Medical Center and Midtown.





Coming from the Med Center head north on San Jacinto (you will find this street near Park Plaza Hospital and the Light Rail Station). You will start seeing Flower Shop within a few blocks.





Coming from Midtown head south on Fannin Street. You will come to an intersection where the Light Rail will cross in front of you and the Freeway is above you. After this intersection you will see the flower shops.





If you take the Light Rail get off at the either the Wheeler Station and start walking south or the Museum of Fine Arts Station and start walking north. Be careful at the Wheeler Station that area is a gathering area for the homeless.yahoo finance
