FlowersBirthday FlowersSympathy FlowersThey should %26quot;blend%26quot; with the other flowers for the wedding.
You could go with just about any flower that is coral/peachy or use white. I would make the 3 slightly different. It would help if we knew what color the dresses are going to be.
YOU CAN DO THIS! You are amazing. You change people%26#039;s lives. You can do this little thing - NO PROBLEM.
Reply:What?
Reply:I think that it would depend on several things.
-what type of flowers does the bride like
-is the grandmother on the bride or groom%26#039;s side
-I like Lilies or orchids for the ladies (talk with a florist - they have books with different types and colors of flowers)
-I also like real flowers instead of silk (personal preference)
Good luck!
Reply:I would say the best thing to do.. would make them different .. not the same..
why?
so guest would be able to no which is which.. example.. grooms mom.. coral
and the bride%26#039;s.. mom silver..
then make g/m%26#039;s coral and silver..
then next thing I would do would make them ur self..
that gives them.. a sentimental touch.. and a keepsake...
orchids.. are good for any occasion..they come in different colors..
Reply:For corsages, smaller %26#039;sweetheart%26#039; roses are always nice. First you need to find out what colors the ladies are planning to wear (you don%26#039;t want to get coral flowers with a dress that will majorly clash!), personally white or ivory flowers are a good neutral, with a coral ribbon, if they aren%26#039;t sure yet. You%26#039;ll need to know what kind of corsage they would prefer - shoulder or wrist. Here%26#039;s some examples of both and will give you lots if ideas for types and arranging.

The Mothers usually get a slightly larger corsage than the grandmother. Another thought would be if they%26#039;d prefer a simple flower for their hair - on a clip or on a comb, they could have a small grouping placed on the front of their purses. A smaller nosegay of just a few small flowers, then have a small vase at their table for them to put them in at the reception.
Reply:I would get the MOTB and MOTG wrsit coursages and the grandma a pinned coursage.
What kind of flowers are being used in the bridal party? You can go with those same flowers or you could do some light peach flowers like roses, carnations, etc. then for the silver have a small ribbon on the coursages so that they have some silver in them as well. Good luck!
Reply:When I got married I purchased a really nice little silver thing (called a tussy mussy) that we put a spray of flowers in for the motb and motg..it was a nice keepsake and something fun and different. I got mine off ebay. We used just a little spray of cream white hydrangias (since that color could match with any of their dresses) and it looked very nice. This would look sharp since her colors are silver! Optional to put a little ribboning in it of coral if they would want, but double check the dress colors to make sure they don%26#039;t clash!
Reply:The coursage%26#039;s are suppose to match the colors of the wedding. They should know what the colors are and what they should wear.

Try this website. These flowers are pretty.
Reply:First of all, why are you ordering the corsages instead of the bride ordering them with the rest of the flower order? That seems so odd to me.
Anyway, the MOTB is the highest ranking of the three. She is, presumably, the hostess of the event. The MOTG is technically, just an honored guest. As is the grandmother, but not as high in rank as the MOTG.
If you really want to do this right and score high marks with these lovely women, ask them what their favorite flower is and have something done that includes it, or something similar. For my wedding, my mother chose gardenias and my mother-in-law insisted on roses.genealogy mormon
