I like a guy. Is it okay to send him something for V Day?

It%26#039;s almost V Day, and I%26#039;ve been crushing on the same guy for nearly a year. I decided that I want to send him an edible arrangement or some flowers to let him know how I feel. We%26#039;ve hung out a couple of times, and I%26#039;m definitely interested, but I don%26#039;t want to scare him off.
I like a guy. Is it okay to send him something for V Day?
