What would you do if the cemetery plot you were to have next to your 4 yr oldson was sold without asking you?

Reply:Sorry to hear about your loss. I hate to say it but maybe they thought you would somehow come up with $100. depoist in two years time. Perhaps they were just not thinking with their heart. Good luck, maybe you can still purchase a plot near your son.
Reply:If you didn%26#039;t pay for that plot, they have the right to sell it to anyone who wants it. They have no obligation to save it for you.
Reply:I feel your pain but there%26#039;s not much you can do other than buy two new plots, have Logan moved to the new place and sell his former resting place.
Sorry for you!
Reply:Aside from having your son%26#039;s body exhumed and relocated to a different part of the cemetary with an open plot next to it, I don%26#039;t know what you can do. You didn%26#039;t pay for the plot, someone who needed one came along and did, and that%26#039;s that.
If I were in this situation (and I hope to God I never am--I truly feel for you--I can%26#039;t imagine what it would be like to lose one of my children--especially at such a young age), I would do any and everything I could to have my son%26#039;s body relocated--rob a bank, sell a kidney, etc., then be sure to PAY for the plot. Verbal agreements mean nothing. While it was kind of the old couple to offer to keep it for you until you could pay, we all know this world is ruled by the almighty dollar. They had a chance to make money, they were tired of waiting for you to pay, so they sold the plot. Sad, but true.
Reply:The act of selling the plot without asking you first is quite unethical because you had promised to buy it earlier. Perhaps the person thought you had dropped the interest of buying it since he did not hear from you for 2 years - but still he could have sent a word to you. Anyone would feel very bad if one is in your place.
Tell the person concerned that you were displeased about it. You need not file a case against him because it will lead to nowhere. Besides, you%26#039;ll only waste money and time.
I suggest that after a few years, you could collect the bones of your beloved 4 yr old Logan and erect a new place for him somewhere where there is a vacant plot so that you could also book for yourself next to his.
Thinking and praying for you.
Reply:You can%26#039;t do anything. I%26#039;m sorry and it sucks but you didn%26#039;t pay for the plot and the cemetary has no obligation to you : (
Could you perhaps consider cremation and have a box installed at you sons grave for your ashes?
Reply:I understand you%26#039;re upset but it sounds like to me you made no attempt to make any type of payment arrangement with the cemetary for the plot which like you said was only $100 and it has been almost 2 years since the loss which I send my condolanances. It is not the cemetaries responsibility to contact you. Since your parents have already paid for theirs I would have already considered the tranactions complete and figured you weren%26#039;t interested unless you were to make contact. My only suggestion is to find another plot closer to your son or possibly find a double and have your son moved so you know you%26#039;re next to him.
Reply:I don%26#039;t think there is a law that would prevent the lady from selling that plot since you hadn%26#039;t bought it but I it seems that the lady was greedy and did not consider the grief she has caused you.
Reply:I dont think there%26#039;s much to do . She is already buried and you have to understand you did not pay for it. maybe you could have asked your parents to pay for it and there it would have been more secure and then you could%26#039;ve pay them back. It would have been secure then. I%26#039;m really sorry to hear something like that . It is really touching to loose someone and then loose your hope of being buried right next to them. what we do where I%26#039;m from sometimes we built cement tombs and we make it for two people . for example we burry one of the spouse first they close up that section and when they burry the other spouse they close it for good.
Reply:i would contact your states attorney general%26#039;s office and file a complaint. the end result will depend on your states laws governing cemetery contracts.hairstyles hair style
