Planting a Farie Garden

Reply:I lived near Oak Ridge and had a terrific vegetable garden: tomatoes, cukes, green beans (the bush variety). I mulched using grass clippings so my feet wouldn%26#039;t get muddy between the rows. I tried corn but didn%26#039;t do as well in Tennessee as I had in Alabama, maybe because the soil is rockier. As far as flowers -- I%26#039;d recommend trying anything you can get at your local nursery, Home Depot, or Lowe%26#039;s. Just follow the planting instructions on the tag as far as sun or shade. And water using Miracle Gro. I%26#039;ll bet everything you try turns out fine!
Sorry, I%26#039;m not much of a flower arranger -- I mostly enjoyed the flowers while they were alive and growing by looking out the windows at them!
Reply:Go to your local nursery or Home Depotor Lowes and see what they are selling.
